We offer 3 channels of Protection:
Burglary:
The prevention of a burglary is by far the main reason why many people decide to have their homes monitored with an alarm system. Statistically, homes that have a monitored alarm system are three times less likely to be broken into than homes that do not have a monitored alarm. When a criminal decides which home he will break into, he will generally choose one taht is most vulnerable. Homes without a monitored system are easy targets for a thief. Having an alarm will help to catch a criminal who has set off an alarm, but more importantly, it will help to prevent intrusions in the first place. We offer *2- Way Voice monitoring service throughout San Diego and California statewide. A system that has 2- Way Voice service is the best defense against an intrusion. When we install the Honeywell (wireless Lynx) system in your home we will connect a phone line to the speaker located on the front of the touch pad. This speaker, once activated becomes an interactive link between you and our monitoring station. In the event of an intrusion, the alarm touch pad will send a signal to our monitoring center once the siren sounds. Once the alarm has been set off we will then have the ability to come over the speaker of the touch pad and can communicate through the speaker and will ask that a password be verified. Once an intruder hears one of our operators over the speaker asking for a password, they we usually leave the premises. Our trained security monitoring experts are trained to listen in and observe suspicious activity and will contact the proper authorities accordingly. If the alarm has accidentally been set off then the password can be given directly through the 2- Way Voice speaker and our operators will turn off the alarm once the correct password has been received.

Fire:
We offer protection against fire. Each security touch pad comes standard with a fire alarm. Once activated, we will notify the fire department accordingly. Monitored smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors are also available at an additional cost. The detectors are monitored wirelessly and when triggered will send a signal to our central station. (The cost of each smoke/ carbon monoxide detector is typically $70.00)
