For small businesses we offer a range of security products and services to meet your needs. From 2- Way Voice monitoring to Cellular services, we have the equipment and expertise needed to design and monitor a security system that will exceed your expectations.
We provide three different monitoring service packages in San Diego and throughout California.
1rst: Basic monitoring:
Alerts our monitoring center when the alarm has been set off through a land line phone connection. This is the simplest and most cost effective way to have an alarm monitored. Once a signal is received by our central monitoring station we will then evaluate the situation and take appropriate action.
2nd: *2- Way Voice monitoring:
Alerts our monitoring center when the alarm has been set off through a land line phone connection. Once we have received the signal of the triggered alarm one of our representatives will come over a speaker on the security panel and will ask for a verified password. We are also able to listen through the touch- pad installed in your business and can detect and send notification to the police of the confirmed break in. When responding to alarms, police will generally respond much faster to a "confirmed" alert than to one that has not been verified.
3rd: Cellular monitoring:
For businesses with internet/ VOIP phone connections cellular service is a cost effective way to monitor your business alarm system. Once a cellular alarm is set off, we will then receive a signal wirelessly and will then assess the situation and take appropriate action.
*Basic and 2- Way Voice monitoring service both require a land line phone connection. 2- Way Voice service requires a compatible security touch pad. The wireless Honeywell Lynx system comes standard with 2- Way Voice compatibility, however all pre- wired homes will require additional equipment in order to receive 2- Way Voice services throughout San Diego and California statewide. *
